Jiliphp Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and jiliphp ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing or using jiliphp in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, or placing bets — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using jiliphp immediately and not create an account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates we publish.

These Terms are written in Philippine English for the convenience of our primary user base in the Philippines. In the event of any ambiguity, the meaning most favourable to the fair operation of jiliphp shall apply.

2. Account Registration

To use jiliphp's paid features — including deposits, real-money gameplay, and promotions — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
• You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration details, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You must not register on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your jiliphp account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a gaming ban under Philippine law at the time of registration.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

As a responsible and licensed operator, jiliphp is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, and at any time we deem necessary to comply with applicable Philippine regulations.

Documents We May Request

• A valid government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, passport, or PRC card)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name, or front of bank card with middle digits masked)
• A selfie with your ID, as requested

Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. Jiliphp will never use your KYC documents for any purpose other than identity verification and regulatory compliance.

4. Deposits

All deposits at jiliphp are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). We do not accept foreign currency deposits. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers

The minimum deposit is ₱50. Most deposits are credited to your jiliphp wallet instantly. In rare cases, bank transfers via PESONet may take up to one business day. Jiliphp does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All funds deposited must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at jiliphp are processed to your verified payment method. The following rules apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually completed within the same business day. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day.
• Jiliphp reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement applied to real-money funds.

Jiliphp does not charge withdrawal fees. If a withdrawal is returned by your bank or e-wallet provider due to incorrect account details, any return fees charged by the provider will be deducted from the returned amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Jiliphp offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion's detail page. As an example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times before a withdrawal is processed.

6.2 One Bonus at a Time

You may only hold one active bonus at a time on your jiliphp account. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing one is not permitted.

6.3 Abuse and Exploitation

Jiliphp monitors bonus usage across accounts. If we detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play across multiple accounts, matched betting using bonus funds, or low-risk wagering intended to meet rollover without genuine gameplay — we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Any bonus funds not used and any incomplete wagering requirements not met within the expiry period will result in the bonus and any related winnings being removed from your account.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jiliphp operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers, which are accessible within each game's interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across the platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection or server error — jiliphp's system will record the game state at the time of interruption. Incomplete rounds will be resolved in accordance with each game provider's fair play policy.
• All virtual sports results are determined by certified RNG and cannot be influenced by jiliphp or any player. Results are final.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a market closes. The odds displayed at bet confirmation are the odds applied to your wager.
• Jiliphp reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrectly published odds, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in doubt.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliphp and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain — any winnings obtained this way are void
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Opening multiple accounts or registering accounts in another person's name
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit, documented consent
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiliphp staff or other players
• Attempting to circumvent jiliphp's security, identity verification, or responsible gaming systems

Jiliphp cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and anti-money laundering authorities. Any suspicious activity detected on player accounts will be reported as required by law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Jiliphp reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time if:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity
• You have opened more than one account
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires us to do so

In cases of confirmed fraud or serious Terms violations, jiliphp may forfeit the account balance in full. In cases of closure for administrative reasons — such as jiliphp discontinuing a product — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

10. Responsible Gaming

Jiliphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We offer the following self-management tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a set minimum period (6 months to 5 years), exclude yourself from jiliphp.

Jiliphp collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at jiliphp, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law. All data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

13. Changes to These Terms

Jiliphp reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify registered players via email or in-app message.
